Job Duties Include:

  • Estimating and bidding remodeling jobs
  • Monitoring and controlling project changes
  • Material and subcontractor procurement
  • Preparing and analyzing proposals, blueprints, specifications, interpretations, etc.
  • Prepare material quotes, fabrication labor and construction labor requirement quote project pricing, bid abstracts. Prepare itemized lists and summaries

  • Consult with subcontractors, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
  • Meet with clients for recommendations, requirements, issues, and plans
  • Review Consultant Estimates

Education / Skills / Experience

  • Prior experience in estimating ? Minimum 1-year experience
  • A strong and comprehensive knowledge base of estimating techniques, engineering disciplines cost control system, data analysis and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with estimating software.
  • Ability to estimate a variety of projects/contracts under strict deadlines
  • Ability to manage and oversee group work as it relates to projects

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and a good team player. Pay is competitive based on experience. Must have ability to read and understand floor plans, elevation,scope of work and problem solve on the job site.

Siding Foreman:

Qualifications include but not limited to:

  • Knowledge of removal and installation of vinyl, fiber cement, and wood siding.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Must have own hand tools and ability to use power tools safely.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients and other team members.

Residential Remodeling Foreman:

Qualifications include but not limited to:

  • Knowledge of all aspects of residential building including rough and finish carpentry.
  • Ability to lead the remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, basement, additions, and other residential remodeling projects.
  • Ability to make independent decisions, work unsupervised and come up with solutions onsite.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must have own tools and ability to use power tools properly.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients and other team members.
