A grand entrance and a warm welcome!

Look at the eye-catching transformation this inviting porch gives to the beautiful home of Lois and Karl Pendleton of Dryden, NY.

And it's maintenance free! After installing the composite deck flooring, vinyl colonial structural posts were used to support the gable roof above, which is enhanced with a cathedral ceiling covered with maintenance free vinyl soffit, ceiling panel and siding.  The elegant new maintenance free front entrance door and storm door help save energy costs while eliminating drafts.  The stunning brick pathway and professional landscaping all add to the splendor and give new meaning to “sittin’ back and restin’ a spell”.  On the inside, we moved a wall which created a lovely foyer area and added new ceramic tile on the floor.

Lois and Karl are thrilled with the new look. "We just love the added space the porch gives us. This house used to be a box and now looks so different.  Karl and I love to go out and rock in our rocking chairs," said Lois.

We couldn't agree more. Their home is lovely and we too are excited for them and to have been part of this makeover.
