Ahhh… Customers for Life

Customers for Life are the folks that have largely enriched our lives and have allowed us to work more out of friendship than merely our duty to please. Joe and Renee Pistell of Cortland, NY, are just such customers.

Seventeen years ago Joe and Renee contacted Crown Construction to put siding on their home. This marked the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Through the years the Pistells and Crown have molded their home into a showcase.

Joe and Renee contracted Crown to design and build a beautiful addition creating a spacious master bedroom suite complete with a romantic fireplace. Walk-in closets, deck expansions, front porch, a bathroom remodel, replacement windows as well as doors were all added to their project lists over the years.

"We felt very confident in the service Crown provided and how Crown responded to our needs. They were very cooperative and very friendly. And I really liked how they cleaned up after themselves," said Joe and Renee.
