The importance of a bathroom is often under-rated. People are looking for more luxury and more space overall in the bathroom. Bathtubs are being replaced with whirlpools, shower stalls are being expanded into walk-in showers, and low-consumption toilet designs in traditional and contemporary looks are replacing the older versions.

According to the US Census Bureau, the elderly population in the United States will double by 2030. As we, or our loved ones, enter those Golden Years, we need to think about preparing our homes for the needs of the physically challenged individual. A low threshold shower with a seat can be life saving. A toilet with an 18" set height is more comfortable all the way around. A well-designed bathroom will make a difference in the way the day begins.
