The first step in developing a budget is to gather all wage and expense information. Then meet with your banker and/or financial adviser to help determine your credit rating and level of funds available for your desired project. This is called "pre-approval." This will enable the design consultant at Crown Construction to help you develop a project that will fit both your desires and your budget. Crown Construction has working relationships with several banking institutions and can process a pre-approval within 24 hours of our first visit with you.
Financing
Financing and mortgage options available in today’s market are abundant. Interest rates can vary from lending institutions as well as the mortgage options and terms. Some banks might sell your mortgage to another lending institution, while some will service your account through the life of the mortgage.
