In 1986, Jeff Fredrickson and John Lafian joined their craftsmanship, experience, and resources to establish Crown Construction, Incorporated. Crown Construction takes pride in its people. Based on in-house craftsmen and 100% customer satisfaction, Crown Construction stands apart from the competition.

Crown offers an appealing profit-sharing program to its more than 30 full-time employees and a healthy benefit package. In return, Jeff and John get a team they can rely on, a team characterized by top-notch craftsmanship and low staff turnover.

Crown Construction is diligent in winning over - and keeping - its customers. Upon completion of each job, customers are asked to complete a survey ranking the performance of the salesman, foreman, office staff, and products. These surveys are carefully reviewed and are tracked along with the company's overall performance.
