"Jim installed about a dozen windows for us. He was friendly, courteous, and it was very enjoyable to work with him. Two things in particular impressed me. The first is the quality of the installation of our new living room window impressed me in particular. This window required a hole to be cut in our wall, as there had not been a window there previously. Then, after installing the window, Jim had to frame the window in, and match the original (circa 1937) frames that existed around the other windows, both in style and size. The result was spectacular. I continue to marvel at the exactness of the match to the older frames, and the quality of the work. The second thing that impressed me was Jim's willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. I would heartily recommend Jim to anyone who asked."
